This was probably the best interview of Ron Paul on the Fed by any network. I know it's on Fox but you gotta admit, this was definitely good.

Support the Abolition of the Federal Reserve System!
Greenspan is on the record as follows: "In the absence of the gold standard there is no way to protect savings from the confiscation through inflation. There is no safe store of value without gold. This is the shabby secret of the welfare statists' tirades against gold. Deficit spending is simply a scheme for the hidden confiscation of wealth. Gold stands in the way of this insidious process that stands as a protector of property rights."

Jim Rogers: The Dollar is Doomed and the Fed's Days are Numbered
In this very recent interview Jim Rogers says Asia is the wave of the future, the dollar is a terribly flawed currency and he doesn't want to own any, oil will certainly pass $200/barrel soon, and the (privately owned) Federal Reserve will disappear within the next decade.

Feds Trying to Prevent Bank Run After Indy Mac Collapse
So what would happen if the mega-banks engaging in these irresponsible practices actually went bankrupt? These banks are widely acknowledged to be at fault, but they expect to be bailed out by the Federal Reserve or the taxpayers because they are "too big to fail."

Remarks by Timothy Geithner, President New York Fed
Geithner's speech goes on and on and on. Still, it is probably one of the most important speeches ever by a Fed governor in admitting what the problems are. I recommend reading it in entirety. And while the Fed (at least Geithner) admits it has no idea what to do, I offer this 3 part solution. 1) Abolish the Fed, 2) Eliminate fractional reserve lending, 3) Implement a sound monetary policy based on hard assets such as gold as opposed to price fixing by government sponsored clowns.

Richard Branson (virgin airlines) acknowledges peak oil
quote: Sir Richard did not attempt to explain where so much land might be found, but did reveal that peak oil was part of the motivation for developing biojetfuel: "Apart from global warming, in about four or five years' time there's going to be more demand for fuel than there is fuel on this planet. So fuel prices will go through the roof, and so planes, ships, we've all got to come up with alternatives".

A Crude Awakening: The Oil Crash
This is the best peak oil movie out there. It is very in depth into what is peak oil and why we're in for an inevitable decline in production rates, which means we'll have less supply to fill an ever increasing demand. This film is a must see for anyone curious about peak oil!

Jim Rogers: 'Abolish the Fed'
Jim Rogers is one of the most respected investors on the planet. He endorsed Ron Paul a while back and if you heard Ron's interview on Fox Business earlier today, this interview on CNBC is almost a word for word replay regarding the macro-economic aspects and the federal reserve policy. Just look at the commentators spinning madly to try to call him insane. But notice that every time they do it, their challenge starts out with "Jim, of course you've been correct about this all along, but . . . "

Bernanke on the Mortgage Market House of Cards
The worst is not behind us. The worst is yet to come. I have this on the highest authority – from the man who has openly admitted that his organization (the FED) has no solutions to offer except month-old data on the extent of the housing crisis. Yes, Bernanke is boring. Read him anyway. The financial media are not reporting on this.
