This website is providing us with a "breaking the matrix" framework alternative to the mainstream media. The unfiltered submission of stories and videos is mandatory for educating the sheeple and perpetuating the free flow of information that is suppressed by the mainstream media. Sites such as this are crucial for the success of the freedom movement.

I just finished watching a Frontline documentary on Journalism. http://www.pbs.org/wg... Part III specifically deals with the internet as the alternate (and only) source of news for 20-30 year olds. The success of sites (such as Google and Digg) is noteworthy because they don't create the content, they have merely created the framework for content to be presented. These new frameworks have had a profound effect on journalism.

Although, in many cases, the internet's flow of information is freer than TV, we know that Digg has been 'infiltrated' and corrupted by people who don't want the r3VOLution's message to spread.
